30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Hostaxo offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all hosting plans, including web hosting, WordPress hosting, WooCommerce hosting, cloud hosting, and VPS hosting services. If you are not satisfied with our hosting services within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund of the hosting fees paid.

This guarantee applies only to the first purchase of a hosting plan and does not apply to renewals, upgrades, or additional services purchased after the initial 30-day period.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable and are not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee:

  • Domain registrations and renewals: Domain names are registered for a specific period (typically 1 year) and cannot be refunded once registered, as the domain is immediately registered with the domain registry.
  • Domain transfers: Fees paid for domain transfers are non-refundable.
  • Add-on services: Additional services such as premium SSL certificates, dedicated IP addresses, backup services, and other add-ons are non-refundable.
  • Third-party services: Services provided by third parties, including but not limited to Google Workspace, email marketing tools, and other integrated services, are subject to their respective refund policies.
  • Website builder subscriptions: Website builder and AI website builder subscriptions are non-refundable after the initial 30-day period.
  • Renewals and upgrades: Renewals of existing services and upgrades to higher-tier plans are not eligible for refunds under the 30-day guarantee.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact Hostaxo support within 30 days of your initial purchase date. Refund requests can be submitted through:

When requesting a refund, please include your account email address, order number, and reason for the refund request. Our support team will review your request and process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 10-15 business days

Once a refund is processed, your hosting account and all associated services will be suspended and eventually terminated. Any data stored on our servers will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered after the refund is processed.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your hosting subscription at any time through your Hostaxo account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.

Important: Cancellation of your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refunds are only available within the 30-day money-back guarantee period for initial purchases.

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your services will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
  • All data will be permanently deleted 30 days after cancellation
  • You are responsible for backing up your data before cancellation

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider instead of contacting Hostaxo support, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account and all associated services
  • Dispute the chargeback with your payment provider
  • Provide documentation proving that you authorized the transaction and used the services
  • Permanently ban your account from using Hostaxo services

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Our team is available 24/7 and committed to resolving any concerns you may have.

Special Promotions and Discounts

If you purchased a hosting plan during a promotional period (such as Black Friday, Cyber Week, or other special offers), the refund amount will be calculated based on the discounted price you paid, not the regular price.

Free months or additional services included with promotional purchases are not eligible for refunds if the refund request is made after those free periods have been used.

Changes to This Policy

Hostaxo LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on hostaxo.com. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. We recommend reviewing this Policy periodically.
